The Grand Street After-School Art Club is a GSCA program developed for inner-city youth to build character while learning about various artistic mediums – dance, arts and crafts, music, painting - taught by Program Directors, visiting artists, and community volunteers who have a passion for working with kids ages 4-12.
Grand Street Kids Club
Summer (July-August)
Grand Street Kids Club is a program developed to inspire children’s creativity, imagination and social skills. To start off a good summer of new adventures, the program consists of arts and crafts, step dancing, poetry, historical sites and theater visits, swimming and recreational games. The purpose of Grand Street Kids Club is to provide a free camp and learning opportunities to the inner city youth ages 4-12 who do not have access to or knowledge of summer opportunities, and to enrich their lives with artistic expression.
